Above Grade Flooring handles both scopes as one contract: we measure, we spec the boxes and the slab, we template the countertop off the installed cabinets, and we come back to set the stone. We fabricate and install quartz, granite, quartzite, marble, and butcher-block countertops in the South Denver Metro. Every job is templated in person off the installed cabinets, cut on our CNC, edge-finished to your spec, and installed with sinks, faucets, and cooktops dropped in and sealed.
- Quartz (Cambria, Silestone, Caesarstone, MSI Q) - most popular, stain-proof, no sealing

How the schedule works
Once cabinets are installed and level, we template the countertop the same day. Slab fabrication and install runs 7-10 business days from template. Backsplash follows countertop install, usually a day or two later. Total cabinets-plus-counters project runs 3-5 weeks including material lead time.

Yes, and it's one of our most common jobs. As long as the boxes are level and structurally sound, we template and install new countertops without touching the cabinets.
Yes. If you've already sourced cabinets from a big-box store or online, we can install them - though you'll usually get a better total-project price sourcing them through us because we buy at contractor tier.
Quartz is the low-maintenance winner: no sealing, no staining, uniform pattern. Granite is the natural-beauty winner: every slab is one-of-a-kind, but it needs resealing every year or two. We bring samples of both to your consultation.
Standard is 3 cm (about 1.25"). We can build up the edge to look like 6 cm (mitered) for a heavier furniture-style look, or drop to 2 cm on wall shelving and vanity tops.
