Our pricing is all-in from the start - moisture testing on slabs, subfloor leveling, baseboard removal and reinstall, full haul-away of your existing floor, and transitions into every adjoining room. We protect the rest of the house with floor runners and dust containment, and every crew sweeps up before they leave for the day.
A warranty that doesn't send you back to the manufacturer
Manufacturer warranties cover the material - typically 25 years to lifetime depending on the product. We add our own labor warranty on top of that: if anything we install fails because of how it was installed, we come back and fix it at no charge. One company, one number, no back-and-forth between us and the manufacturer while your floor sits half-finished.

Flooring Installation - frequently asked questions
A single-room install (LVP or laminate) usually wraps in a day. Engineered hardwood runs 1-3 days depending on the method, and a full solid-hardwood install runs 2-4 days depending on whether it's pre-finished or site-finished.
Yes, standard furniture is on us. We just ask that you handle electronics and anything fragile or inside drawers and closets, so nothing gets damaged in the shuffle.
We can install material you've already bought, but the warranty in that case only covers our labor. When we supply the flooring too, you get one combined warranty on the product and the installation.
That describes most of our jobs - hardwood through the main living areas, LVP in kitchens and basements, laminate in bedrooms - all scheduled as one project with clean transitions between every material.
