Who We Are
Above Grade Flooring is the working name for Above Grade Flooring LLC, a family-run contracting company owned and operated by Brian Blaylock. We opened our doors in February 2022 with a simple goal: bring honest pricing, real craftsmanship, and a little Colorado common sense to flooring and remodeling projects across the south metro. We're small enough that Brian still walks most job sites himself, and we like it that way.
We're headquartered right here in Lone Tree at 13143 Deneb Dr, so when we say we're your neighbors, we mean it - we shop the same grocery stores and drive the same stretch of I-25 you do.
What We Do
Flooring is our core trade. We install and service:
